Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage BIM execution plans aligned with GSA BIM standards

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Construction Management, Computer Science, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in BIM coordination, engineering, or consulting
• Strong knowledge of GSA BIM guidelines and standards
• Proficiency in BIM platforms (e.g., Revit, Navisworks, Dynamo)
• Familiarity with COBie standards and digital handover practices
