BIM Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a BIM Manager to oversee the development and integrity of Mechanical and Plumbing Revit environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and maintain Mechanical and Plumbing Revit template models
• Translate SolidWorks content into usable Revit counterparts
• Ensure compliance of final BIM and drawing deliverables for Data Center Library integration

Required Qualifications

• 7-10 years of experience in BIM, focusing on Revit for MEP systems
• Experience in building and managing Revit templates and custom families
• Working knowledge of BIM execution plans and project documentation standards
• Experience coordinating BIM workflows across design and construction teams
• Strong understanding of parametric modeling and structured data within Revit
