BIM Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a BIM Manager to join their engineering team.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and enforce BIM standards, protocols, and execution plans
• Lead interdisciplinary model coordination reviews to resolve clashes and inconsistencies
• Act as the owner's point of contact for all BIM-related matters and maintain BIM repositories

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in BIM management and Revit modeling, with 3-5 years focused on MEP systems
• Advanced proficiency in Autodesk Revit (MEP focus) and related tools
• Strong understanding of BIM processes and document lifecycle management
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
