BIM Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a BIM Manager to oversee the development and integrity of their Mechanical and Plumbing Revit environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and maintain Mechanical and Plumbing Revit template models for projects
• Translate SolidWorks content into accurate Revit counterparts and govern Revit families
• Coordinate BIM support needs across projects and ensure compliance of final deliverables

Required Qualifications

• 7-10 years of experience in BIM, focusing on Revit for MEP systems
• Experience in building and managing Revit templates and custom families
• Knowledge of BIM execution plans and project documentation standards
• Experience coordinating BIM workflows across design and construction teams
• Strong understanding of parametric modeling and structured data within Revit
