BIM Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a BIM Manager to lead and manage BIM services for architectural and owner clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage BIM services using Revit and related platforms
• Develop, implement, and maintain Revit templates, standards, and workflows
• Deliver training programs and oversee project health checks to ensure compliance and quality

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in an architectural or BIM leadership role
• Bachelor of Architecture degree or equivalent is required
• Proven experience managing BIM standards and workflows across multiple projects
• Strong working knowledge of Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC/BIM 360)
• Experience with training or mentoring BIM users and project teams
