BIM Manager

Job Summary

As a remote BIM Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for developing, managing, and implementing BIM standards and workflows, overseeing training and content development, and serving as a client-facing representative to align digital workflows with project goals.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement BIM standards, workflows, and best practices across the organization
• Oversee BIM-focused training and content development while supporting cross-functional collaboration
• Act as a client-facing representative to align digital workflows and deliverables with project expectations

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
• Experience in developing and implementing digital strategies and workflows for fully-integrated projects
• Experience leading BIM standards, training programs, and digital initiatives
• Advanced proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and BIM workflows
• Familiarity with automation tools (Dynamo, scripting) and emerging digital workflows
