BIM Mechanical Engineer

Job Summary

Seeking a highly motivated BIM Mechanical Engineer, the full-time remote position will focus on designing and modeling mechanical systems in buildings, including HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection systems, while collaborating with various professionals and creating detailed construction documents.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and model mechanical systems using BIM software, such as Revit or AutoCAD MEP
• Collaborate with architects and structural engineers to integrate mechanical systems into building designs
• Create detailed construction documents and specifications for mechanical systems, including equipment schedules and ductwork layouts

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering
• Minimum 3 years of experience in design and modeling using BIM software
• Proficient in Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, and other BIM software
• Strong knowledge of mechanical systems including HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection
• US experience is highly preferred
