BIM Modeler

Job Summary

To support the development of metal stud framing projects, the full-time BIM Modeler will create detailed 3D models, shop drawings, and spool sheets using REVIT, MWF, and Navisworks while collaborating with project teams onsite or remotely from various locations.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate project coordination and ensure accuracy in the digital framing/build process
• Develop and manage 3D models, producing shop drawings, material reports, and schedules
• Identify and resolve conflicts through clash detection for components interacting with DBC panels

Required qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in BIM/VDC or 3 years in commercial framing and drywall
• High School diploma or equivalent, along with relevant experience
• Proficiency in using Revit, MWF, and Navisworks
• Understanding of exterior by-pass framing and basic building systems
• Experience in reading and interpreting architectural and structural engineering plans
