BIM Operator

Job Summary

To support critical Global and Vertical customers, the full-time remote BIM Operator will develop Information Models using Autodesk Revit, prepare security systems installation drawings, and produce project deliverables while ensuring coordination and compliance with BIM standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop the Information Model and prepare security systems installation drawings from customer-provided REVIT files
• Create additional BIM Objects and produce project deliverables, ensuring all elements of the Information Model are fully coordinated
• Run interference/clash detection and assist project teams with coordination processes, escalating issues as needed

Required Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in engineering preferred
• Certificate in BIM Software (Revit) and Autodesk Certified User - Revit
• Minimum three years of Revit experience and familiarity with the electronic security industry
• Experience using Navisworks Manager
• Advanced knowledge of electrical/electronic theory and components
