Job Summary

A company is looking for a BIM Specialist.

Key Responsibilities:

Learn the building design process and assist with schematic design, design development, and construction documentation
Participate in BIM coordination meetings and assist with methods for electronic information transfer
Identify and recommend automation tools or software to reduce production time

Required Qualifications:

Knowledge of the AEC industry and the design and construction process
Autodesk Certificate(s) is a plus
Experience with software applications such as Revit, AutoCAD MEP, and Navisworks
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
