BIM Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a BIM Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and optimize advanced parametric workflows for system layout and spatial analysis
• Develop custom tools and scripts to streamline design tasks using C#, Python, and Dynamo
• Provide training and technical support for design teams on BIM tools and collaborate on tech-driven solutions

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience with Revit, Dynamo, and computational design
• Associate degree or Autodesk Certified Professional in Revit for Electrical Design
• Familiarity with Revit template creation and family management
• Knowledge of physical security, electrical systems, or ICT design is preferred
• Advanced proficiency in Dynamo and experience coding with C# or Python
