BIM Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a BIM Team Leader - BIM Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Model various mechanical, HVAC, and plumbing trades based on project scope
• Ensure high-quality modeling and self-management throughout the project phases
• Identify and resolve potential conflicts during the modeling and coordination phases

Required Qualifications

• Excellent proficiency in English, both spoken and written
• Understanding of mechanical and plumbing systems, including HVAC layouts
• Hands-on experience with Revit for HVAC and/or plumbing modeling at LOD 350
• 2-3 years of experience in mechanical/plumbing design, construction, or BIM/VDC environments
• Experience using Navisworks for coordination and clash detection
