BIM Specialist

Job Summary

To support multidisciplinary project teams, the full-time remote BIM Specialist will develop and maintain Building Information Models (BIM) for various project types, ensuring design documentation and construction deliverables meet quality standards.

Key responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain BIM models and associated project documentation throughout project phases
• Produce and coordinate high-quality design and construction drawings using Autodesk Revit
• Assist with clash detection and model coordination between Architectural, Structural, and MEP systems

Required qualifications:

• Technical diploma or degree in Architecture, Architectural Technology, Engineering, Construction, or related field
• Minimum 2 years of architectural or architectural engineering drafting/modeling experience
• Minimum 2 years of experience using Autodesk Revit in a professional environment
• Strong understanding of architectural systems, construction documentation, and BIM workflows
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
