BIM Specialist for Treatment Plants

Job Summary

Leading Building Information Modeling (BIM) efforts for complex infrastructure projects, the full-time BIM Specialist for Treatment Plants will develop and manage detailed BIM models for water and wastewater facilities, enforce BIM standards, and collaborate with project teams, all while working remotely from Pennsylvania.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, manage, and maintain detailed BIM models for water and wastewater treatment facilities and related infrastructure
• Lead the development and enforcement of BIM standards and workflows for project delivery
• Collaborate with engineers, designers, and project managers to ensure accurate model coordination across multiple disciplines

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of BIM modeling experience focused on water and wastewater infrastructure projects
• Advanced expertise in Autodesk Revit; experience with Civil 3D and Navisworks is a plus
• Demonstrated experience leading or supporting BIM standards and digital delivery strategies
• Strong understanding of utility systems, piping, and site infrastructure
• Ability to manage complex models and datasets across multidisciplinary teams
