BIM Specialist Mechanical & Plumbing

Job Summary

A company is looking for a BIM Team Leader - BIM Specialist Mechanical & Plumbing.

Key Responsibilities

• Model mechanical, HVAC, and plumbing systems according to project specifications
• Detect potential conflicts during the initial information review and modeling phases
• Ensure high-quality modeling standards and self-management throughout projects

Required Qualifications

• Excellent proficiency in English, both spoken and written
• Understanding of mechanical and plumbing systems, including HVAC ductwork and piping
• Hands-on experience with Revit for HVAC and/or plumbing modeling at LOD 350
• 2-3 years of experience in mechanical/plumbing design, construction, or BIM/VDC environments
• Experience with Navisworks for coordination and clash detection
