BIM Team Leader

Job Summary

A company is looking for a BIM Team Leader - BIM Specialist Mechanical & Plumbing.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead multidisciplinary modeling teams across complex architectural and engineering projects
• Supervise and mentor modelers, ensuring adherence to best practices and project standards
• Conduct Quality Control reviews and manage RFIs and RFCs effectively

Required Qualifications

• Engineering degree (civil or mechanical)
• Over 5 years of experience using Revit and Navisworks for large-scale MEP projects
• Skilled in QAQC and managing project budgets
• Experience managing teams of modelers and direct client interaction
• Strong understanding of project scope and technical documentation
