BIM Technician II
Job Summary
Collaborating with project teams in a fully remote capacity, the full-time BIM Technician II will utilize Revit to support low voltage systems design projects, manage Revit models, and assist in producing construction documents while adhering to BIM standards.
Key responsibilities
- Establish drawings and documents from concept to completion, revising components as necessary
- Organize BIM project setup and workflow, including Revit model management and clash detection
- Assist with project scheduling and provide training to new designers and BIM technicians
Required qualifications
- 4-7 years of experience with Revit and proficiency in at least two low voltage disciplines
- Experience generating Revit families and maintaining complex Revit models
- Familiarity with Navisworks 3D coordination software
- AA/BS degree in architecture, engineering, IT, or a related field preferred
- Demonstrated experience using AI and emerging technologies to enhance workflows
