Job Summary
Utilizing expertise in Revit, the full-time BIM Technician II will support project teams remotely by creating and managing accurate Revit models, facilitating construction drawings, and collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure project success.
Key responsibilities:
- Collaborate with project teams to create and revise drawings and documents from concept to completion
- Organize BIM project setup and maintain Revit model management and libraries
- Assist in clash detection and ensure adherence to architectural BIM execution plans and project standards
Required qualifications:
- 4-7 years of experience with Revit and proficiency in at least two low voltage disciplines
- Experience generating Revit families and maintaining complex Revit models
- Familiarity with Navisworks 3D coordination software and working knowledge of MS Office and Bluebeam
- AA/BS degree in architecture, engineering, IT, or a related field preferred
- Demonstrated experience with AI, automation, and emerging technologies to enhance efficiency and collaboration
