BIM Technician II

Job Summary

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the BIM Technician II will utilize Revit to support project teams by creating accurate models, managing construction drawings, and ensuring adherence to BIM standards while collaborating with various stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with project teams to establish and revise drawings and documents from concept to completion
• Facilitate the completion of construction drawings, including detail and line drawings for low voltage systems
• Organize BIM project setup, manage Revit model administration, and assist in clash detection of 3D models

Required Qualifications

• 4-7 years of experience using Revit
• Proficiency in at least two low voltage disciplines and three systems for each discipline
• Experience generating Revit families and maintaining complex Revit models
• Familiarity with Navisworks 3D coordination software
• AA/BS degree in architecture, engineering, IT, or related field preferred
