BIM Technician II

Job Summary

To support a growing team, the full-time BIM Technician II will utilize Revit to assist project teams in creating and managing construction drawings and models for low voltage systems design projects in a fully remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with project teams to establish and revise drawings and documents from concept to completion
• Facilitate the completion of construction drawings, including detail and line drawings for various systems
• Organize BIM project setup, manage Revit models, and assist with clash detection and library maintenance

Required qualifications

• 4-7 years of experience with Revit and proficiency in at least two low voltage disciplines
• Experience generating Revit families and maintaining complex Revit models
• Familiarity with Navisworks and working knowledge of MS Office and Bluebeam
• AA/BS degree in architecture, engineering, IT, or a related field preferred
• Demonstrated experience using AI and emerging technologies to enhance efficiency and collaboration
