BIM VDC Associate

Job Summary

Supporting Virtual Design and Construction (VDC) processes, the full-time BIM VDC Associate will develop and maintain Building Information Models (BIM) using Autodesk Revit and Navisworks, conduct clash detection, facilitate coordination meetings, and assist with advanced construction technologies in a remote or onsite capacity.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in the development and coordination of BIMs and federated models for project lifecycles
• Conduct clash detection analyses and facilitate BIM coordination meetings with various stakeholders
• Support the implementation of construction technology tools and maintain documentation for VDC processes

Required qualifications

• BIM or VDC coursework, certification, or concentration required
• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field preferred
• 0-2 years of relevant experience in VDC, BIM coordination, or construction project delivery
• Proficiency in Autodesk Revit and Navisworks required
• Experience with Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) or similar platforms preferred
