Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Bio Sample Operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to manage bio-sample activities and vendor oversight
• Oversee bio-sample tracking, data reconciliation, and inventory management for clinical trials
• Support development and improvement of documentation, SOPs, and performance metrics related to bio-sample management

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a clinical research setting with a Sponsor/CRO
• Bachelor's degree is required
• Strong knowledge of the clinical research process and trial conduct across multiple phases
• Demonstrated leadership and project management skills in a global matrix environment
• Experience with vendor financial management, including budgeting and invoice reconciliation
