Bioanalytical Proposal Support Specialist

Job Summary

Supporting the development of scopes, budgets, and pricing for bioanalytical studies, the full-time Bioanalytical Fee & Proposal Support Specialist will collaborate with various teams to ensure accurate and compliant proposals while managing the financial lifecycle of awarded studies remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Support study scoping and development of bioanalytical budgets and fee estimates
• Provide financial support for awarded bioanalytical projects, ensuring alignment between scope, budget, and actuals
• Assist in the development and optimization of pricing templates and tools to improve efficiency and data accuracy

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Life Sciences, or a related field (or equivalent combination of education and experience)
• 2-4 years of experience in proposal support, pricing, financial operations, or project coordination
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced formulas, analysis, templates)
• Experience supporting client-facing, project-based budgets and financial tracking
• Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
