Biobank Technician

Job Summary

A company is looking for a CSS Technician responsible for managing biological materials and ensuring compliance with storage protocols.

Key Responsibilities

• Inventory and maintain irreplaceable biological materials at controlled temperatures
• Adhere to regulatory standards and safety requirements while handling materials
• Utilize inventory tracking tools and assist with client and scientist requests

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience (Associate Degree + 2 years, or HS Diploma + 4 years)
• Life Science Degree preferred
• Experience with GMP/GTP/CLIA standards preferred
• Demonstrated proficiency in a biobank or as a Biobank Assistant is a plus
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in environments with potentially infectious materials
