Job Summary

A company is looking for a Biochemist II (Associate).

Key Responsibilities

Execute high-throughput biochemistry workflows using automated liquid handling and UPLC/HPLC
Perform E. coli cell lysis, set up enzymatic reactions, and analyze substrate/product profiles
Collaborate cross-functionally to manage multiple projects and maintain safe laboratory practices

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in relevant field with 5+ years of experience, or MS with 2+ years, or PhD
Experience in high-throughput screening and automated liquid handling
Familiarity with analytical techniques including HPLC/UPLC, LC-MS, SDS-PAGE, and UV-Vis
Strong background in protein handling and biochemical assays
Preferred experience in protein expression/purification and data analysis using Python, R, or Excel
