Bioinformatics Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Bioinformatics Analyst to support perturbation analyses for drug target ranking and efficacy prediction.

Key Responsibilities

• Support perturbation analyses to rank drug targets and combinations for efficacy prediction
• Integrate large-scale omics data and contribute to the development of combination signature estimation approaches
• Collaborate with teams to translate biological questions into computational solutions and communicate findings effectively

Required Qualifications

• MS degree with 5+ years of experience or PhD with 0+ years in a quantitative field such as Bioinformatics or related discipline
• Proficiency in R or Python and standard statistics/ML libraries
• Experience in HPC or cloud environments for parallel computing
• Domain knowledge in bioinformatics, computational biology, or omics-driven data science
• Experience processing and analyzing RNA-seq, imaging data, or similar NGS/genomic data
