Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the development and delivery of training workshops, managing all aspects from material preparation to logistics

Required Qualifications

  • Advanced proficiency in genome assembly, annotation, and antimicrobial resistance detection
  • Deep knowledge of statistical approaches and bioinformatics pipelines for analyzing next-generation sequencing data
  • Proficiency with genomic epidemiology methods, including phylogenetics and outbreak investigation tools
