A company is looking for a Bioinformatics Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement LLM- and GNN-based models for biological data analysis
• Apply AI insights for drug target identification and validation
• Integrate and curate large-scale datasets for model training and hypothesis generation

Required Qualifications

• PhD or MS with 5+ years of experience in Computational Biology, Bioinformatics, or related fields
• Proven experience in target identification and translational discovery
• Hands-on experience with AI/ML models, particularly LLMs and GNNs
• Strong understanding of molecular biology, pharmacology, and disease biology
• Familiarity with bioinformatics tools and databases
