Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the go-to expert for bioinformatics-driven ML/AI innovation in a clinical genomics environment
• Architect and implement next-gen platforms that derive meaningful insights from genomic, phenotypic, and clinical datasets
• Evaluate and fine-tune GenAI models, adapting them to real-world healthcare applications

Required Qualifications

• Master's degree or higher in Bioinformatics, Computer Engineering, Machine Learning, Data Science, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience working with genomic data and applied ML/AI
• Proven experience developing clinical bioinformatics pipelines from variant interpretation to automated reporting
• Deep hands-on knowledge of NGS data modeling and human genetics
• Fluency in machine learning frameworks like Hugging Face and TensorFlow
