Bioinformatics Scientist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Bioinformatics Scientist to support bioinformatic analysis on multi-omics datasets.

Key Responsibilities

• Support bioinformatic analysis on multi-omics datasets and interpret data from in vitro experimental models
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams for in vitro and clinical evaluation of actives and track project milestones
• Manage data collection, analysis, and synthesis of results into presentations and reports

Required Qualifications

• MS or PhD degree in relevant fields with a minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience
• Proficiency in R or Python for bioinformatics analysis and Microsoft Office for data management
• Knowledge of microbiome/microbiology and next-generation sequencing technologies is preferred
• Understanding of skin and skin appendage morphologies is a plus
