Job Summary

A company is looking for a Bioinformatics Scientist II to support the clinical delivery of genomic data.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor, troubleshoot, and maintain bioinformatics pipelines to ensure operational continuity
• Develop internal dashboards and tools to streamline reporting workflows and perform ad-hoc analysis
• Collaborate with engineering, clinical, and lab teams to ensure timely and accurate data processing

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in bioinformatics, computer science, or a related discipline, or equivalent work experience
• 3+ years of relevant industry experience
• Strong proficiency with Python programming and Linux environments
• Experience with Nextflow or similar workflow management systems
• Basic knowledge of SQL and experience working with relational databases
