Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Software Engineer - Production Bioinformatics.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement new and enhance existing functionality in bioinformatics pipelines
• Lead the end-to-end delivery of functionality from requirements to deployment
• Process large numerical datasets efficiently and troubleshoot defects

Required Qualifications

• BS in Computer Science, Bioinformatics, Information Systems; MS preferred
• Coursework in Data Structures and Algorithms
• Experience with containerization technologies like Docker
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure
