Job Summary

A company is looking for a Scientific Solutions Engineer.

Key Responsibilities

Lead discovery sessions to document customer scientific requirements and design solutions
Support proof-of-concept deployments and demonstrate use cases to customers
Develop technical documentation and contribute to knowledge-sharing resources

Required Qualifications

Master's or PhD in Bioinformatics, Computational Biology, or a related field
1-3 years of relevant industry experience in a technical pre-sales or bioinformatics role
2-3 years of hands-on experience with Nextflow
Experience with cloud or HPC environments and proficiency with Linux/Unix
Knowledge of containerization and version control
