Biologics Development Consultant
Job Summary
To support biologics development, the part-time contract Biologics Development Consultant will evaluate antibody assembly methods and identify strategies for enhancing CHO cell productivity, working remotely for approximately 10 hours per week.
Key responsibilities
- Evaluate and map approaches for assembling antibody fragments into multispecific formats using in vitro conjugation methods
- Identify strategies and candidate interventions to improve cell-specific productivity in CHO perfusion culture
- Review the technology and IP/FTO landscape related to antibody engineering and CHO bioprocessing
Required qualifications
- Ph.D. in protein engineering, biochemistry, bioprocess engineering, molecular biology, or a related discipline
- Experience with antibody engineering, fragment conjugation, and/or CHO cell culture and bioprocessing
- Familiarity with literature and IP/FTO landscape analysis
- Industry or CDMO background in biologics development preferred
