Job Summary

A company is looking for an Adjunct Faculty member in Biology to teach remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage students through frequent interaction to motivate and enhance their learning experience
• Guide students in collaborative and applied learning through problem- and project-based activities
• Provide constructive feedback and assess student work using rubrics effectively

Required Qualifications

• Master's degree in Biology or a related field from an accredited institution
• Professional experience in Biology, Natural Science, or a related field
• Experience teaching adult learners online and in higher education is preferred
• Ability to demonstrate current subject-matter expertise
• Completion of a two-week online new faculty orientation upon hire is required
