Biomarker Operations Manager

Job Summary

Seeking a highly motivated professional, the full-time Biomarker Operations Manager will manage operational planning and logistics for biomarker activities in clinical projects, ensuring effective execution through sample lifecycle oversight and cross-functional collaboration in a remote role, with the option to work onsite in Seattle, WA up to two days per week.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with the Biomarkers Department to support biomarker implementation in clinical studies and advance program goals
• Serve as a key member of clinical study teams, providing operational guidance on biomarker sample logistics and vendor management
• Track clinical biomarker sample location and testing status, ensuring alignment with study-specific timelines

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in biology or a related scientific field with five or more years of relevant experience
• Working knowledge of Good Clinical Practice (GCP) and clinical trial execution
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with scientists, clinical teams, and laboratory vendors
• Strong computer skills, including managing complex sample metadata in Excel and operational tracking tools
• Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship
