Biomedical Signal Processing Data Scientist

Job Summary

To support the development of real-time AI solutions based on physiological signals, the remote Data Scientist / Machine Learning Engineer with a biomedical signal processing background will analyze messy datasets, recommend preprocessing strategies, and build end-to-end ML pipelines during consulting and implementation phases.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze physiological signal datasets and recommend preprocessing and filtering strategies
• Build feature extraction pipelines and train machine learning models for real-time predictions
• Collaborate with the engineering team for model integration and optimization

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience as a Data Scientist, ML Engineer, or Biomedical Data Scientist
• Strong background in signal processing and experience with physiological signals such as ECG and EEG
• Hands-on experience with signal filtering, feature extraction, and time-series analysis
• Proficiency in Python, including libraries such as NumPy, SciPy, Pandas, and Scikit-learn
• Experience handling noisy or heterogeneous physiological datasets
