Job Summary

A company is looking for a Biometrics Services Specialist.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle approximately 35-50 inbound phone calls per day
  • Provide Tier 1 technical support to users of the biometrics kiosks
  • Take concise notes on customer needs and recommend appropriate services
Required Qualifications and Education
  • US Citizen living in the United States
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 1-3 years of customer service experience, preferably phone-based
  • Experience with CRM tools like Zendesk or Salesforce is a plus
  • Prior technical support experience is a plus
