Job Summary
A company is looking for a Biometrics Services Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle approximately 35-50 inbound phone calls per day
- Provide Tier 1 technical support to users of the biometrics kiosks
- Take concise notes on customer needs and recommend appropriate services
Required Qualifications and Education
- US Citizen living in the United States
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1-3 years of customer service experience, preferably phone-based
- Experience with CRM tools like Zendesk or Salesforce is a plus
- Prior technical support experience is a plus
