Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director, Biometrics Strategy (West Coast).

Key Responsibilities

• Execute the biometrics business development strategy to achieve revenue targets and close new business opportunities
• Serve as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders and develop long-term strategic relationships
• Collaborate with internal teams to align biometrics offerings with market needs and monitor industry trends

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree (MS, PhD, MBA) preferred
• 5+ years of experience in data management, life sciences, and business development within pharma/biotech or CROs
• Demonstrated success in selling biometrics services and closing large, complex contracts
• Existing network within biotech and pharmaceutical biometrics organizations preferred
• Strong understanding of the clinical trial lifecycle and regulatory environment preferred
