Job Summary

A company is looking for a Biometrics Services Support Representative (US Remote).

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle approximately 35-50 inbound phone calls per day
  • Take concise, accurate notes on customer needs and experiences
  • Provide Tier 1 technical support to users of the biometrics kiosks
Required Qualifications
  • US Citizen living in the United States and have lived in the US for at least 3 of the last 5 years
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 1-3 years of customer service experience, preferably phone-based
  • Experience using Zendesk, Salesforce, or another CRM tool is a plus
  • Flexible schedule and ability to work remotely with a secure internet connection
