Job Summary
A company is looking for a Biometrics Services Support Representative (US Remote).
Key Responsibilities
- Handle approximately 35-50 inbound phone calls per day
- Take concise, accurate notes on customer needs and experiences
- Provide Tier 1 technical support to users of the biometrics kiosks
Required Qualifications
- US Citizen living in the United States and have lived in the US for at least 3 of the last 5 years
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1-3 years of customer service experience, preferably phone-based
- Experience using Zendesk, Salesforce, or another CRM tool is a plus
- Flexible schedule and ability to work remotely with a secure internet connection
