Job Summary

A company is looking for an RFP & Proposal Specialist - BioPharma.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop accurate responses to RFPs, RFIs, quotations, and client supplied spreadsheets
• Coordinate with technical experts to clarify feasibility, qualifiers, and pricing for testing
• Organize and track multiple RFPs simultaneously, ensuring timely follow up and completion

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of two years' experience with the RFP process in BioPharma or similar laboratory environments
• Strong understanding of laboratory testing services and analytical techniques
• Proficiency with Microsoft productivity applications and document management applications
• Ability to collaborate effectively with subject matter experts across teams
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple deadlines
