Job Summary
To expand institutional sales of scientific video journals and databases to biopharma companies in the US, the full-time Biopharma Sales Account Executive will manage the full sales cycle, conduct outreach to build opportunities, and establish relationships with key stakeholders.
Key responsibilities
- Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing business for assigned biopharma accounts
- Conduct active outreach to build and progress opportunities in the pipeline to meet or exceed sales goals
- Establish and maintain strong professional relationships with biopharma librarians and R&D leadership
Required qualifications
- A bachelor's degree
- 3+ years of direct selling experience in the pharmaceutical, biotech, device, or healthcare industry
- Demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding sales objectives
- Proven ability to influence decision-makers and manage a full sales cycle
- Experience with Salesforce or relevant sales CRM, and MS Office
