Job Summary

A company is looking for a Training Operations Manager (Biopharmaceuticals, Medical Devices, and Blood Banking).

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee planning, logistics, scheduling, resource allocation, and budgeting for training operations
• Supervise and evaluate a team of training staff, providing guidance and support
• Manage the creation and maintenance of training materials and analyze KPIs for program effectiveness

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Education, or a related field
• 15+ years of experience in training delivery operations or program management
• High proficiency in learning management systems and Microsoft Office applications
• Strong understanding of instructional design principles and adult learning methodologies
• Project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
