Biorepository Solutions Product Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Global Product Manager, Biorepository Solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments of existing processes and develop process maps and SOPs for improvement
• Lead program and product development for new customer segments, including business plans and ROI metrics
• Support change management initiatives and develop internal training programs for customer integration

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in biology or a related scientific field
• 10+ years of experience in process improvement or operations optimization
• Master's degree in a relevant field preferred
• Advanced knowledge in biorepository and biobank process design
• Proficiency in laboratory information management systems (LIMS) and Microsoft Office Suite
