Biosample Operations Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Biosample Operations Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate study setup in the Sample Management system and act as a liaison between study teams and vendors
• Support process development, improvement, and maintenance of quality documents related to biosample management
• Identify training needs and develop training materials to ensure effective communication and knowledge sharing

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) with a scientific or clinical background; study management experience preferred
• 2+ years of related experience in the pharmaceutical, clinical research, or health services industry, including 1 year as a clinical study manager or similar role
• Working knowledge of GCP, FDA, and/or EU Clinical Trials Directive guidance documents
• Experience with protocol and clinical drug development processes
• Proven project management skills and leadership ability
