Biosample Operations Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Biosample Operations Specialist responsible for overseeing biomarker laboratory samples for clinical trials.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the lifecycle of biomarker samples, ensuring integrity and GCP compliance
• Collaborate with study teams to develop biological sample management plans
• Interface with laboratory personnel and vendors to ensure proper sample shipment and receipt

Required Qualifications and Education

• Bachelor's degree in Biochemistry, Chemistry, Biology, Immunology, Medical Technology, or related field
• Experience in a laboratory, research site, or clinical trial management role at a biopharma company
• Working knowledge of FDA & ICH/GCP regulations
• Ability to manage sample activities across multiple projects with electronic tracking
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
