Job Summary

A company is looking for a Biospecimen Registration & Reconciliation Associate.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review and approve biospecimens and associated data in accordance with best practices and study requirements
  • Reconcile discrepancies in biospecimen data by collaborating with clinical sites and updating databases
  • Coordinate logistics for biospecimen collection and shipping, and present relevant metrics to study teams
Required Qualifications
  • Medical Technician or Bachelor's Degree in a scientific or health-related field
  • At least two years of experience in managing biospecimens and related data
  • Experience with laboratory information management systems (LIMS) and clinical databases
  • Familiarity with standard biospecimen processes and data management
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
