Biospecimen Operations Specialist

Job Summary

To support specialty product collections, the full-time hourly Biospecimen Operations Specialist will serve as the primary contact for potential donors, coordinating enrollment and ensuring compliance with study protocols while working remotely.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage inquiries from potential participants and oversee their enrollment in specialty product collections research studies
• Conduct eligibility screenings and maintain accurate documentation of medical and study-related information
• Coordinate logistics for donor appointments, including scheduling and communication with collection sites

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in a life science or related field
• 1-2 years of experience in a project management or operations coordinator role
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills
