Biospecimen Project Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Biospecimen Project Manager to oversee biospecimen lifecycle management and analytical data from clinical studies.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive biospecimen lifecycle management from sample receipt to analysis and final disposition
• Ensure accurate specimen metadata and manage data transfer plans with analytical laboratories
• Create and manage project plans and participate in process improvement projects

Required Qualifications

• B.A./B.S. in life sciences, medical technology, or related field with 3-5 years of relevant experience
• Understanding of transaction-based inventory and data management systems, as well as clinical trial processes
• Experience with StarLIMS or other LIMS for biospecimen management
• Proficient in Excel, with macro and template building knowledge
• Project Management experience is preferred
