Biospecimen Project Manager

Job Summary

Driving biospecimen lifecycle management, the full-time remote Biospecimen Project Manager will oversee sample receipt, analysis, and final disposition while ensuring accurate specimen metadata and transferring analytical data to clinical repositories.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the biospecimen lifecycle from sample receipt to analysis and final disposition
• Ensure accurate specimen metadata and facilitate data transfer to clinical repositories
• Create and manage project plans while adhering to client policies and standard operating procedures

Required qualifications

• B.A./B.S. in life sciences, medical technology, or related field with 3-5 years of relevant experience
• Proficiency in Excel and experience with LIMS for biospecimen management
• Understanding of ICH, GCP, GLP, and local regulations
• Experience in clinical development or biospecimen lifecycle management
• Project management experience is preferred
